The module

Readiness is more than an expiration date.

PeakCertify keeps the qualification record connected to its scores, documentation, and the events where people earn or renew it.

01 / PEAKCERTIFY

Qualification catalogs

Configure types, subtypes, course types, locations, and environmental conditions around your program’s requirements.

02 / PEAKCERTIFY

Individual and group assignment

Assign qualifications to one or multiple people. Each recipient receives their own record and first-assignment notification.

03 / PEAKCERTIFY

Scores with supporting detail

Record scoring lines, pass/fail, issues, and additional scores, with supporting files connected to the qualification.

04 / PEAKCERTIFY

Review, sign, and lock

Employees review and sign their own qualifications. The signature locks the record and associated scores.

05 / PEAKCERTIFY

Events and registration

Schedule events, manage attendees and capacity, pause sign-ups, and let eligible employees register for open events.

06 / PEAKCERTIFY

Expiry views and reports

Filter expired and upcoming qualifications with 30, 60, and 90-day windows. Print or export qualification and score reports.

ADD THE CONTEXT

Qualification: sample annual refresher. Expiry date recorded. Renewal event selected before the deadline. Owner confirmed. Supporting score and signed record will be checked after the event.

01

Create a requirement matrix

List every role and the qualifications required for that role. Include the authority, renewal interval, and acceptable evidence.

02

Standardize each record

Capture the holder, credential, issue date, expiration date, score when relevant, and supporting documentation.

03

Use staged reminders

Notify the employee and supervisor early enough to schedule training, then escalate as the deadline approaches.

04

Separate status from evidence

A record is not complete because a date was entered. Confirm that the certificate, score, or approval is attached and reviewable.

05

Review exceptions routinely

Monitor expired, expiring, missing, waived, and not-applicable records. Each status should have a documented reason and owner.

AVOID / 01

One reminder at the deadline

Renewals often require courses, range time, appointments, or approvals. Begin reminders far enough in advance to act.

AVOID / 02

Tracking only expiration dates

Without role requirements, evidence, and ownership, a date list cannot show whether the workforce is actually qualified.

AVOID / 03

Overwriting old records

Retain prior certifications and scores so you can explain continuity, gaps, and renewal history.

Looking ahead

What’s on the horizon.

These items describe future work for PeakCertify. Planned features, draft proposals, and deferred ideas are identified separately.

Future enhancement

Proactive expiry notifications

The qualification stories identify expanded email or push expiry alerts as a future enhancement. Expiry views are already implemented.

Planned

Accreditation proof links

The planned standards module would connect qualification records to evidence requirements.

Planned

Agent-assisted readiness checks

The connected-agent roadmap would let permitted users ask for their own certification status and upcoming work.

Planned Connected accreditation

AccreditPath would connect standards, dated assessment cycles, assignments, and version-specific proofs from policies, quizzes, qualifications, and completed checklists. Its roadmap includes self-assessment, time-limited assessor access, reporting, edition crosswalks, and AI evidence suggestions for human review.

  • Standards & cycles
  • Evidence links
  • Self-assessment
  • Assessor access
  • Reports & gaps
Planned Bring Your Own Agent

Connect an agency-approved personal AI agent to permitted platform information. The planned design includes expiring access, scoped permissions, useful answer tools, human-reviewed proposals, optional limited actions, event updates, exports, and agency oversight.

  • Guided connection
  • Permission controls
  • Reviewable proposals
  • Activity logs
  • Revocation

Roadmap reviewed September 7, 2026. Planned features have no committed release date. Availability of implemented features depends on enabled modules, permissions, configuration, and rollout. The wider platform roadmap also covers shared messaging, team workflows, reporting, notifications, and record migration.

Straight answers

A little more clarity.

What should a certification record include?

Record the person, qualification, earned and expiry dates, issuing authority or program, status, supporting evidence, and the owner of the next renewal action.

How should we use 30, 60, and 90-day windows?

Treat them as planning views. Choose intervals that give your organization time to arrange a course or event, confirm attendance, and resolve a failed or missed renewal.

What happens when a qualification is signed?

In this workflow, signing locks the qualification record and its scores. The record remains available for review and reporting.

Are event automation and notifications always enabled?

They depend on the agency’s setup and deployed services. Qualification and event workflows are implemented; confirm the enabled automation for your environment with InterventionPro.
